The independent groups, equipped with micro-boilers and a heating element, are the maximum guarantee for stabilizing the group temperature and precisely controlling the water temperature for each delivery. With Classe 20 ASB espresso machine, the barista can set different temperatures for each group, even during service, quickly and easily via the touchscreen interface.

A Brief Review of Rancilio Classe 20 SB series

Rancilio Classe 20 SB, the single boiler version, is instead the first coffee machine equipped with Steady Brew, the technology that revolutionizes the Rancilio hydraulic circuit and marks the overcoming of traditional radiators. Patented by Rancilio Lab, the Steady Brew technology guarantees excellent thermal stability (± 2 ° C with Wbc protocol – tested by Rancilio Group Extraction Lab) in the range between 88 ° C and 98 ° C and offers maximum repeatability during dispensing. The Steady Brew system thus ensures high-level performance, among the highest among single boiler coffee machines, and a high reactive capacity, able to guarantee thermal stability both in conditions of low production intensity and during peaks of work.
